Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the digital products (“Products”) provided by Sixtrees Viz Comms Pte Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing and using our Products, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our Products.

1. Product Licensing and Use

1.1 Grant of License: Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Products for personal or commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

1.2 Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, in and to the Products are owned by Company. You acknowledge that no ownership or rights to the intellectual property are transferred to you.

1.3 Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Products unless expressly authorized by Company in writing.

2. Payment and Refunds

2.1 Pricing: The prices for our Products are stated on our website and are subject to change at any time without notice.

2.2 Payment: You agree to pay the specified price for the Products at the time of purchase. Payment methods and details will be provided during the checkout process.

2.3 Refunds: All sales of our digital Products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

3.1 Use at Your Own Risk: The Products are provided “as is” without any warranties, whether express or implied. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Products is at your sole risk.

3.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Products or this Agreement.

4. Termination

4.1 Termination by Client: You may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing the use of the Products.

4.2 Termination by Company: Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Agreement, your access to the Products, or any part thereof, at any time without notice, in the event of a breach of this Agreement by you.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any legal action arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be filed in the courts located in Singapore.

5.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or representations.

5.3 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Products after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
